A tension relieving blend of uplifting Bergamot and Rosewood works with relaxing Lavender & Clary Sage to soothe nerves. Warming Ylang Ylang & Cardamon help you to rest.

Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Keep away from children and out of eyes. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin.
